Thirty years at the top of our game means that the process for playing in our leagues couldn’t be easier.

All you need to do is sign up as an individual  - or get together with some of your friends and form a team, either is fine. 

You’ll then get a call from your Area Manager, who will run through the rules and answer any questions you may have.

You’ll have the opportunity to socialise and meet new people.

You’ll get valuable fitness and fun.

And you get to play your own cup final every week.
